Namaste!
The first time I was introduced to yoga, was via the local library of all places. A book about Hatha-Yoga caught my eye, and I was 12 years old. At that time I was trained to become a classical ballet-dancer, and always interested in movement. After reading and practising the asana’s or body postures, which gave me tremendous energy, I bought the book from my pocket-money. And thus my journey into Yoga began, and many more lessons, books and meetings with my guru’s and teachers followed. Eventually diplomas and passing on this beautiful and blissful energy that yoga, dance, and chanting mantras give us.
Om Shanti!
